In an effort to improve our internet services we have tried to make enhancements to our servers' platform, during the past Sept-2008.
A tentative to switch to the major ISP provider in Switzerland has failed, because we've got some connections already banned by spam databases, and their technicians did not managed to solve the situation.
In fact, all our 6 servers have been subjected to major hacker attacks, being slowed down by thousands tentatives of login, and millions of spam received, every hour, and from everywhere around the world, day and night.
Following the implementation of anti-spam "enhancements", a number of customers reported issues with their mail sent to APTM.com,
so we made the decision to cancel the release of these changes and implement our web sites by mirroring at one of the world's biggest players: Network Solutions, USA, who pioneered the internet development since 1979 and is the registrar of the most used domain names on the web, for millions of customers world-wide
The full implementation of APTM's web sites will take some days, but we are glad to say that the urgent issues are being already served by this mirror domain: APTM.cc
If you experienced problems with your e-mail over the last weeks, the issues have been resolved:
- by immediate activation of some Email-addresses hosted directly by NIC, that will remain in force permanently, mirroring our regular addresses that will be established soon.
- by implementation of safe connections and authenticated email systems, daily certified to be free of virus-and-spam.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused you over the last weeks, we're doing our best to improve.
